The Original Painting by Fahima Munene

The Project

This animation is the result of a collaborative project between Computer Animation Arts (a course based at the Rochester campus of the University of the Creative Arts) and the Mobile Arts School in Kenya.

I adapted a prize winning painting by Fahima Munene, a 12 year old participating in the scheme, into an animated short. The animation was displayed as part of an exhibition at The Turner Gallery in Margate, hosted by the University of the Creative Arts.

    • 3D Animation

    • Texturing
